We have six full time employees in our Ontario office. Between our two offices we have over 500 active files in different categories. We work in all markets, but in the last 3 years we have been very active in the NSNP. It is worthy to note that we recently have started to work in the area of provincial skilled workers (with certified job offers) for both Nova Scotia and PEI.

Janet C. Yates and Mohammad Mahmoudzadeh are not only equal partners in Mahmoudzadeh & Associates, they are also husband and wife for over 30 years.

Janet C Yates participated in the first Seneca Immigration Practitioner Program in 1998 and passed with honors. English is her first language and she is also fluent in the Farsi language. She has studied in the United States at the University of Pittsburg in Pittsburg Kansas. She has participated in the Melab test passed in Toronto on November 25, 2005 and passed the test on the first try. She also met all requirements (on first test attemp) to become a full member CSIC in February 2006. She was a local staff employee at the Canadian Embassy in Tehran Iran from 1990 - 1996. She received the Canadian Minister's citation for Consular Excellence in 1994. She is an equal partner in Mahmoudzadeh & Associates since 1996 when she immigrated to Canada. She is a proud Canadian citizen since 2000. She also holds USA and Iranian citizenship. She is a member of CSIC, CAPIC, and ICAlC (Iranian Canadian Association of Immigration Consultants).

Mohammad Mahmoudzadeh started Mahmoudzadeh & Associates in 1994 with his first office in Tehran, Iran and opened his second office in Toronto in 1997. He studied in the United States and received two degrees from the University of Pittsburg in Pittsburg Kansas. He has participated in the Melab test passed in Toronto in February 2006 and passed the test on the first try. He also met all requirements (on first test attempt) to become a full member CSIC in March 2006. He holds both Canadian and Iranian citizenship. He is a member of CSIC, CAPIC, and ICAIC (Iranian Canadian Association of Immigration Consultants).
